1. Community principles
Midnight Picks is built for sports discussion, friendly competition, and shared live moments. Debate picks and performances without attacking the people behind them. Be authentic, keep competition fair, and help make game rooms welcoming.
2. Respect and safety
Do not post or send:
- harassment, bullying, targeted abuse, intimidation, or unwanted sexual content;
- credible threats, encouragement of violence, or glorification of serious harm;
- hateful conduct targeting protected characteristics;
- doxxing, private personal information, or content intended to expose or endanger someone;
- content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors; or
- instructions or encouragement for self-harm.
Competitive trash talk must remain nonthreatening and cannot become targeted harassment.
3. Authentic participation
Do not impersonate another user, athlete, team, employee, moderator, or public figure. Do not coordinate fake engagement, use unauthorized automation, operate deceptive accounts, manipulate polls, or misrepresent official information.
4. Spam, scams, and solicitation
Do not flood the feed, repeat comments, manipulate engagement, advertise unrelated products, solicit gambling activity, request money, distribute referral spam, run scams, or send suspicious links. Feed-post limits and other rate limits may be enforced automatically.
5. Illegal and restricted content
Do not use Midnight Picks to facilitate illegal gambling, fraud, controlled-substance sales, weapons transactions, sexual services, or other unlawful activity. Graphic violence, pornography, and content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights may be removed.
6. Fair play
Do not exploit bugs, duplicate rewards, manipulate settlements, collude to distort competition, share accounts, evade sanctions, or use unauthorized scripts and modified clients. Report suspected integrity problems privately to support instead of teaching others how to reproduce them.
7. Reports and enforcement
Use the in-app report action for content or behavior that violates these Guidelines. You can also block users to limit interaction. Reports should be made in good faith; knowingly false or abusive reporting is itself a violation.
Depending on severity and history, enforcement may include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, room mutes, account suspension, reward or score correction, or account termination. Severe safety or legal issues may be referred to appropriate authorities.
8. Questions and appeals
If you believe a moderation action was made in error, contact support@midnightsportspicks.com with your username and relevant context. Do not include passwords or authentication codes.
